Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Speech Flow processes personal data on the speechtoflow.com website. It is written to comply with the GDPR and French data-protection law (CNIL).

Who is responsible

The data controller is Speech Flow, reachable at felix@speechtoflow.com — also the right address for any privacy question or request.

What we collect, and why

  • Audience measurement — anonymous statistics about visits (pages viewed, device type, country). Via DataFast without cookies (legitimate interest), and via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).
  • Advertising measurement — TikTok Pixel, only with your consent, to measure our campaigns.
  • Email address — when you request a download link or sign up, we use it to send that link and product updates (consent; unsubscribe anytime).
  • Purchase data — payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We keep invoicing data as required by law (contract & legal obligation).
  • Security — we use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots on forms (legitimate interest).

Your browser’s language and operating system may be read to show you the right page (Mac/Windows, EN/FR) — this is not stored.

Who receives the data

Our processors: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google, Microsoft, TikTok and DataFast (measurement, per your consent), Cloudflare (security). Some are based outside the EU; transfers rely on the EU Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

  • Audience statistics: 13 months maximum.
  • Your cookie choices: 6 months.
  • Email address: until you unsubscribe or 3 years of inactivity.
  • Billing records: 10 years (legal obligation).

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (cookies: via “Manage cookies” in the footer). Write to felix@speechtoflow.com — we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
